Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an Experiential Learning Specialist to support the Global Experiences Team. You will research, outreach to executives worldwide, and arrange academic engagements that align with course objectives.

You will engage faculty and speakers by phone, email, and virtual platforms to ensure high-quality experiences. Responsibilities include managing ~150 engagements, coordinating with internal teams, creating destination briefs, and tracking market trends while supporting team

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service.
• Client relationship management experience is a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Proactive and team oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm approximately 150 academic engagements.
• Research and understand emerging trends in assigned markets.
• Lead client calls and meetings to align content with objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Maintain and create Destination Briefings and Curriculum materials.
• Communicate with internal teams and overseas contacts regularly.
