Job summary

Citi is seeking a Payments Operation Analyst in Poland to join the MEA Payments Operations team. The role focuses on delivering accurate and timely payments processing for corporate clients, coordinating with the Transaction Services group, and supporting global operations with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setup (Poland) and participate in shifts to ensure coverage across time zones, with a competitive base salary and robust benefits

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills with investigative mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Performing processing activities.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the systems.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately, in a timely manner and in line with international banking standards.
• Conduct communication with internal and external clients.
• Timely and effective management of all new tasks assigned by manager.
• Solving current processing issues and coordinating tests and projects.
• Preparing and verifying procedures, regulations, and process maps.
