Citi Private Bank is seeking an Analyst to monitor and process corporate actions and income payments for global clients. You will manage events from market data through settlement, coordinating with custodians and internal platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate actions or related areas, a finance/business degree, strong Excel skills, and English fluency. Hybrid work in Poland with comprehensive benefits is offered.

• Fluency in writing and speaking in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and record investment product transactions based on documentation.
• Capture market information on corporate actions and income payments; create events in internal systems and manage lifecycle to settlement.
• Prepare and dispatch letters of announcement for corporate actions when needed.
• Collect client instructions and pass to custodians; distribute proceeds to Citi’s clients.
• Support daily investment operations and investigate discrepancies to maintain control.
