Citi is seeking a Cash & Trade Process Intermediate Analyst in Poland, a hybrid role supporting Global Fund Services billing for European markets. You will manage invoice production, accounting, reconciliations and client inquiries with attention to timeliness and accuracy.

The position emphasizes process improvements, control enhancements and documentation, with engagement in projects and backup coverage for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a related role within trade or cash operations management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and relationship management.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required.

Responsibilities

• Invoice production/review for key clients.
• Invoice delivery timely and accurately.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and document procedures and processes.
• Analyze recurring issues and develop process improvements.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Back-up for team lead on day-to-day functions.
