Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in strategic planning and marketing.
• Experience in commercial, agricultural, or industrial machinery industry preferred.
• Experience developing long-term strategies aligned with business objectives across regions.
• Experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and interpreting trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership to motivate multicultural teams across geographical boundaries.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% within the Americas and Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute global equipment market strategies aligned with corporate plans.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to drive growth opportunities, innovations, and expansions.
• Communicate strategies to management and stakeholders to secure support and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transparently manage projects.
• Oversee market development projects to expand product range per customer expectations.
• Monitor progress, report milestones, and address challenges with oversight from supervisors and stakeholders.
• Initiate cross-departmental actions to address market challenges and negative trends.
• Cultivate strong relationships with major OEM players and essential OES brands.
• Stay current on supplier markets and product evolution to support negotiations.
• Build and maintain a robust network with potential customers, external experts, and suppliers.
• Engage in literature reading, market research, and industry events; participate in trade shows.
