TVH Americas in Olathe, KS seeks a strategic Global Product and Procurement Manager to lead the P&P team, drive global strategies, and elevate supply chain excellence across the organization.

The role emphasizes budget management (~$15M spend), team leadership (8–15 staff), and continuous improvement in procurement and product knowledge, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Engineering, business, or supply chain degree or 5 years of leadership experience.
• Global leadership experience with direct/indirect reports.
• Global supplier collaboration experience.
• Experience in inventory management, product development, or category management.
• Supply chain experience and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual procurement plans aligned with global strategy.
• Lead a diverse team of 8–15, coaching and developing capabilities.
• Set performance objectives on cost, quality, inventory, and service.
• Negotiate with high-value suppliers and manage contracts for value and quality.
• Drive process improvements across procurement and technical workstreams.
• Build strong relationships with internal global stakeholders.
• Maintain strong product and procurement knowledge within the team.
