Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc. in Red Wing, Minnesota, is seeking a Global Inventory and Compliance Specialist to manage on-hand inventory and working capital across warehouse locations.

You will partner with Domestic and International units to maintain inventory levels and ensure FTZ compliance and tariff reporting. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI, knowledge of FTZ procedures, and experience in inventory control and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; can be substituted with related experience.
• 2–5 years of related experience in international business, logistics and warehouse administration preferred.
• Experience with FTZ operations and trade compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across U.S. and global warehouses to optimize working capital.
• Coordinate distribution orders between U.S. facilities and international warehouses.
• Analyze inventory transactions, adjustments, and cycle counts for accuracy.
• Support FTZ operations, tariff reporting, and trade compliance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet distribution objectives.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and continuous improvement initiatives.
