Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support the Global Events & Experiential Marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events across B2B and B2C.

The role requires highly organized, proactive individuals proficient in Google Suite, with experience coordinating registrations, travel, budgets, vendor contracts, and data reporting. The position will involve lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, events, or related support role.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects by tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate event registrations and maintain attendee data across platforms.
• Develop and maintain presentation materials using Google Slides.
• Collect and report event data using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate travel logistics including hotel blocks and transportation.
• Assist with vendor contracts, POs, invoices, and payment tracking.
• Support global events and experiential marketing activities.
