Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support its Global Events and Experiential Marketing team. The role focuses on planning, execution, and oversight of events across B2B, B2C, and internal units with high visibility and a demand for professionalism.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate travel, and develop materials while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, events, or related support role.
• Highly organized with detail orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project coordination and time management skills with meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Global Events & Experiential Marketing team.
• Coordinate event registration and maintain attendee data across platforms (Google Docs, JiffleNow, SplashThat).
• Develop and maintain presentation materials using Google Slides.
• Collect and report event metrics using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate travel logistics and vendor contracts; manage invoices and payments.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks with AI tools to improve efficiency.
