Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Director of Billing Operations to lead a global team and scale a customer-focused billing function within our Quote-to-Cash organization. You will drive accuracy, performance, and automation across SaaS and related billing models, partnering with Revenue, AR, IT, and Order Management.

You will shape controls, governance, and processes while developing teams through change and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

11+ years in billing ops, Q2C, or finance ops in global SaaS/tech
6+ years leading multi-geography teams with change
Deep knowledge of SaaS, subscription, recurring revenue billing
Strong end-to-end Quote-to-Cash, AR, and forecasting skills
Experience driving transformation and billing tech implementations
Experience in multi-currency, multi-entity environments

Responsibilities

Lead the global Billing Operations team, setting priorities and development plans
Own billing performance across SaaS, recurring revenue, PS, and other models
Partner with IT, PMO, and Q2C teams to improve billing processes and automate
Strengthen upstream order management, contract interpretation, data integrity
Collaborate with Accounting, Revenue, AR, and Finance on close activities and forecasting
Establish and improve billing controls, governance, and root-cause analysis
Lead and develop the organization through change and future readiness
