Job summary

Epicor Software Corporation in Austin, TX seeks a Director, Billing Operations to lead a global billing team within the Quote-to-Cash organization, building scalable, accurate, customer-focused billing. You will own billing performance across SaaS and professional services, drive process improvements, controls, and automation, and partner with IT, Revenue, and Accounting to enable timely financial close.

Qualifications

• 11+ years’ experience in billing operations, Quote-to-Cash, finance operations, or related disciplines in a global SaaS or technology organization.
• 6+ years’ experience leading and developing teams across geographies or functions, with strong execution and change management.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, subscription, recurring revenue, and professional services billing, including complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Billing Operations team, setting priorities, performance expectations, and development plans for timely billing.
• Own billing performance and predictability across SaaS, recurring revenue, and other billing models, including metrics and issue resolution.
• Partner with IT, PMO, and Quote-to-Cash stakeholders to improve billing processes and technology and drive automation.
• Strengthen upstream processes with Order Management and other Quote-to-Cash teams to reduce billing exceptions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Revenue, AR, and Finance to support close activities and forecasting.
• Establish and continuously improve billing controls, policies, and governance while driving root-cause analysis.
• Lead, coach, and develop the organization through change.
