Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a GIS & Modeling Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role will be primarily responsible for supporting GIS and modeling software and systems (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, FME, InfoWater Pro, InfoWorks ICM, ICM Cloud Projects, and more).

There will be opportunities for expanded growth into design technology tools (Civil 3D, Revit, Autodesk Forma, and more).

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years of GIS experience primarily using ArcGIS Pro.
• Working knowledge of ArcGIS Online, Enterprise, and Mobile Apps.
• Excellent customer service is required for this support role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a wide range of technology.

Aufgaben

• Provide high level customer service consistent with IT best practices.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and escalation of complex GIS issues.
• Provide company-wide project support (set up, permissions, data organization, etc.).
• Develop documentation for new and existing workflows.
• Prepare implementation of policies, procedures, and standards.
• Work with the team to improve automation efforts.
• Assist with testing new software, service packs, and patches.
• Support Hazen's GIS standards and workflows.
• Occasional travel may be required.
