Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Pittsburgh's Mt. Lebanon office is seeking a General Liability Attorney to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will handle defense work, communicate with clients, manage discovery, and draft memoranda, motions, and appeals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This hybrid role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on work-life balance for attorneys with 5–7 years of insurance defense experience.

Competenze

• Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and active PA license.
• 5-7 years of insurance defense experience required; trial experience preferred.
• Experience in motor vehicle and premises liability defense preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a high-volume team environment.

Mansioni

• Evaluate new files and manage client communications.
• Conduct discovery production and prepare memoranda on various areas of law.
• Prepare and argue discovery, motions, and pre/post-trial motions and appeals.
• Attend pretrial listings and participate in motions and trial.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced setting.
