Cipriani & Werner P.C. is a multidisciplinary law firm with a Philadelphia Office in Blue Bell, PA seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

The position is hybrid, requiring strong litigation experience and excellent communication. A JD from an ABA-approved school and PA license are required; NJ admission is preferred. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• JD required from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active PA license in good standing; NJ admission preferred.
• Minimum 1 year General Liability litigation experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new files.
• Client communications.
• Discovery production.
• Research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Prepare and argue discovery.
• Substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals.
• Attend pretrial listings.
• Motions and trial.
