The candidate should have 3–7 years of litigation experience, with general liability or insurance defense background, and be capable of handling discovery, depositions, motions, and related tasks. Bar admission in PA and NJ is strongly desired.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience.
• General liability and/or insurance defense experience.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions, and other aspects of litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and case-management skills.
• Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar admission strongly desired.
