Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred.
• At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Flexibility with work schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hybrid schedule with reliable internet and speed test.
• Travel to the office for at least 50% of shifts.
• Camera-ready while working.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office, 90 wpm.
• Troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Grammatical accuracy and data-entry skills.
• Independent with initiative and discretion.
• Fast-paced environment with high customer service requirements.
• Excellent time-management and organization.
• Previous technical support experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.
• Uphold confidentiality and company values.
• Stay updated on protocols and meet 70 contacts daily target.
• Maintain SLAs for chats and phone inquiries under 45 seconds.
