Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field is required.
• At least one year of experience in development, fundraising, communications, community engagement, events, or a related area is highly desirable.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support annual giving, donor engagement, and stewardship initiatives.
• Maintain donor and prospect records, gift documentation, acknowledgments, and reports.
• Assist with donor research, tracking, stewardship activities, and fundraising campaign materials.
• Prepare routine reports, lists, and dashboards for staff and leadership.
• Coordinate fundraising events and donor gatherings.
