American Heart Association in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Development Director to drive revenue for Go Red for Women campaigns. This hybrid, home-office role involves travel within South Central PA to meet corporate sponsors and donors, with a base salary and incentive up to 25% of base pay.

Formación

• 3 years of fundraising, sales, or related experience.
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 75% and occasional overnight trips; reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Generate revenue by securing local corporate sponsorships and individual donations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of sponsors and donors matched to campaign goals.
• Develop proposals and materials to secure revenue and volunteer engagement.
• Recruit and coordinate executive volunteers and committees for events.
• Coordinate the event auction and lead a volunteers' committee to solicit items.
