Job summary

StoryCorps is seeking a Development Associate to support fundraising operations, focusing on Salesforce data entry, data hygiene, reporting, and pipeline management. You will assist the Chief Revenue Officer and the Revenue team to ensure data integrity across development activities.

This full-time, union-position role is hybrid with four remote days and one in-office day per week at Brooklyn headquarters, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with relational databases and data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance of a large donor database.
• Gift entry, donor correspondence, and matching gift coordination.
• Data hygiene and reporting to support revenue operations and forecasting.
• Pipeline management and donor research to support major gifts.
• Support for meetings, invoicing, and coordination with Revenue team.
