Job summary

Allocate is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to run the daily execution engine for 150+ funds on the Allocate platform. You will handle capital calls, wires, transfers, and expense reconciliation, while driving automation and scalable processes with the Fund Finance team.

You will own operational trackers, coordinate with banks, fund administrators, and auditors, and help automate workflows as the fund count grows, ensuring superb client experience and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, treasury, or a related finance function.
• Real reconciliation experience with deadline-driven precision.
• Experience using AI/tools to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare capital call notices and route for review.
• Set up wires and transfers across banking platforms.
• Reconcile daily partner activity and support quarterly cash queries.
• Own fund expense reconciliation and accruals.
• Prepare credit facility drawdowns and quarterly compliance reporting.
• Maintain core operational trackers of investment activity and investor records.
• Assist in opening bank and brokerage accounts for new funds.
