Job summary

MFS Investment Management is offering a Retail Internal Sales Co-op in Boston for a 6‑month, 35–40 hour per week commitment. You will support a global team of 11 Internal Sales Reps, gain insight into fund distributions, and learn how sales function within asset management.

The position targets undergraduate students in a co‑op program, with responsibilities including market research, preparing fund templates, and coordinating team meetings, all in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.
• Working knowledge of computer-based programs including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a global team of 11 Internal Sales Representatives, with a focus on non-US business.
• Maintain and update system information in C360 (SalesForce).
• Gain knowledge about financial hypothetical illustrations and assemble literature materials.
• Run fund comparisons, emphasizing key differences between investment options.
• Prepare and update fund information templates.
• Market research: new organizations, contacts and funds.
• Coordinate and schedule team meetings
• Generate and run weekly/monthly activity reports.
