JANSON is seeking a dedicated Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from requisition to onboarding while maintaining compliance with employment regulations.

In this hybrid role, you will post openings, coordinate interviews, perform background checks, and prepare offer documentation, while maintaining records in Paylocity and generating HR reports to support growth and operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR/recruiting experience (full-cycle).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience with Paylocity systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Post job openings, coordinate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and prepare offer documentation.
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal requirements, including EEO and nondiscrimination.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation and pre-employment activities.
• Maintain accurate employee information and process personnel changes in Paylocity.
• Prepare HR reports, employment verifications, and other HR documentation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and personnel records.
