Job summary

Tilson is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Representative / Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment and values clear communication and a people-first approach.

The role involves coordinating onboarding, orientation, and offboarding, assisting with benefits enrollment, maintaining HR records, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 1–2 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Requirements

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
• Support employee relations, engagement activities, and recognition programs
• Assist with benefits communication and enrollment
• Maintain accurate HR records, forms, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Prepare OSHA reporting and support workers’ compensation processes
• Provide general HR and administrative support
• Travel to company locations within the state as needed

Experience

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be a great communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Experience with Lattice and Paylocity is a plus.
