Job summary

JANSON, a rapidly growing company, is seeking a Recruiting/Human Resources Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and HR operations. The role focuses on requisition management, onboarding, and compliance with federal requirements while maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in recruiting and HR, strong knowledge of employment laws, and hands-on Paylocity experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience supporting full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Familiarity with OFCCP requirements and Federal contractor recruiting practices.
• Experience with Paylocity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Post job openings, coordinate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and prepare offer documentation.
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal requirements, including EEO, nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and recordkeeping standards.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including required documentation and pre-employment activities.
• Maintain accurate employee information and process personnel changes in Paylocity.
• Prepare HR reports, employment verifications, and other HR documentation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and personnel records.
