Job summary

Invesco in New York is seeking a role combining business analysis and project management within Front Office Technology. You will collaborate with Investment, Capital Markets, and Technology teams to design, build, and deliver robust solutions for strategic imperatives, and to evolve tools used by Investment professionals.

You will work with engineers and analysts to create high-quality systems, understand the why behind issues, articulate options, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking preferred.
• Exposure to equity, fixed income and derivatives.
• Strong SQL & Oracle PL/SQL skills; able to interrogate databases.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Front Office to gather requirements for design and delivery of solutions.
• Partner with Investment, Capital Markets, and Investment Services teams for project delivery.
• Lead development roadmap involvement for new/existing tools and improve capabilities.
• Develop subject matter expertise to propose optimal solutions.
• Manage delivery status, risks and issues for initiatives.
• Support Engineering Run/Support teams as needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies with Scrum Master and Product Owners.
