Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in New York is seeking a Business Analyst/PM to bridge Front Office needs with technology solutions. You will collaborate with multiple teams to address business problems and drive technology initiatives across ongoing front-office platforms.

The role emphasizes understanding the why behind issues, articulating solution options, and communicating with Investment Professionals as well as Tech partners. Strong SQL and Oracle skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Consult with Front Office Business Partners to capture in-depth requirements for design, build and implementation of solutions
• Partner with Investment related teams and external vendors for delivery of project initiatives
• Play a role in developing roadmaps and refining capabilities of new and existing tools
• Develop subject matter expertise in core business processes to propose optimal solutions
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure backlog prioritization aligns with goals
• Manage project delivery status, risks and issues across initiatives
• Provide consulting support to Engineering Run/Support teams when needed
