Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Downers Grove, IL seeks a proactive Technical Business Analyst to support ETF & Indexed Strategies.

You will own complex analysis, document requirements, and design strategic solutions across multi-project flows, partnering with global business and technology teams to drive timely, scalable outcomes. Your role emphasizes strategic thinking, rigorous testing coordination, and strong client relationships to ensure on-time delivery and sound risk management in a hybrid work

Qualifications

Experience in investment management is desirable.
Excellent communication skills for senior business partners and technology teammates.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodology; familiarity with Atlassian tools is preferred.
Experience with geographically dispersed teams, including offshore models.
Technical exposure in SQL, Snowflake, and .NET is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical business analysis across all project phases.
Analyze and document requirements for system, business process, and data platform enhancements.
Design strategic solutions or recommendations for business problems.
Coordinate user testing and obtain business sign-off.
Understand end-to-end workflows and advocate for critical business concerns in tech projects.
Collaborate with project teams, report progress, and escalate risks promptly.
Provide timely technology support for critical production processes and applications.
