Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field; advanced degree or CFA/PMP a plus.
• Experience leading analytics projects from scoping to delivery with minimal direction.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-ready insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently own end-to-end analytics projects from requirements to stakeholder presentation.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI models and dashboards with SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
• Translate data into clear insights for senior leadership and manage multiple workstreams.
