Invesco in New York seeks a Front Office Technology Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive business analysis and delivery of strategic Front Office solutions.

You will collaborate with Investment Professionals and Engineering teams to design, build and implement robust systems, applying Agile practices and strong SQL/Oracle skills. The role emphasizes clear articulation of options and continuous improvement, with a hybrid office schedule and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking
• Exposure to equity, fixed income and derivative instruments
• Understanding of Order Management Systems (Charles River or comparable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Agile practices

Mansioni

• Consulting with Business Partners in the Front Office to solicit in-depth requirements
• Partnering with Investment teams and external vendors on project delivery
• Playing an implementation role in development roadmap of tools
• Developing subject matter expertise on core business processes
• Challenging partners to think about future options
• Project managing initiatives with delivery status, risks and issues
• Providing consultative assistance to Engineering Run/Support teams
• Participating in Agile squad ceremonies with Scrum Master and Product Owners
