Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Pre-Development Specialist I in Tempe, AZ. You will manage early-stage store development workflows, coordinate Real Estate, Legal, and Construction teams, and maintain milestones with analytical reporting support.

The role emphasizes documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements, with in-office work four days per week and optional remote Fridays in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, PM, or related field; or 6+ years of experience.
• Support project coordination, maintain documents, and track timelines and deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and cloud-based PM tools (Smartsheet, Lucernex).
• Strong written and verbal communication to drive accountability with internal teams and partners.
• Ability to work in a team and independently on assigned tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new processes quickly.
• Proactive in identifying next steps and supporting team needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage foundational workflow execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and documentation for store development.
• Coordinate between Real Estate, Legal, Construction and other teams.
• Prepare project materials, correspondence, and admin tasks.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and status updates.
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members.
• Provide analytical support for reporting and process improvements.
• Assist with department inbox management and cross-functional communications.
