Charles Schwab is seeking a Manager to support Workplace Services BU Risk fraud investigations and risk governance. The role partners with business teams to drive process improvements, investigate incidents, and ensure client service and regulatory compliance.

Based on site, the role emphasizes collaboration, analytical problem solving and proactive issue resolution. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in risk or related fields are required, with opportunities for bonuses.

• 2+ years of risk management or similar experience.

• Communicate with participants, clients, consultants and stakeholders with appropriate detail.
• Partner with business partners to lead or support BU Risk initiatives and governance.
• Provide analysis to identify weaknesses, develop solutions and monitor implementation for flawless service.
