Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Manager for Workplace Services BU Risk to support fraud investigations and recovery efforts in client accounts. You will manage case portfolios in a fast-paced environment and partner with business partners to strengthen risk governance and process improvements.

Reporting to the Senior BU Risk Manager, you will communicate with participants and stakeholders, drive timely resolutions, and help ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a high level of client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a risk management role or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
• Effective interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-profile fraud investigations and make well-reasoned risk decisions.
• Manage a portfolio of cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate updates to participants, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Partner with business partners to lead or support BU Risk initiatives and governance.
• Identify process and control weaknesses, develop solutions, and monitor implementation to ensure compliance.
