Charles Schwab seeks a Manager to support Fraud Investigations within Workplace Services Risk. This role reports to the Senior BU Risk Manager and will manage investigations, partner with business units, and drive process improvements to mitigate risk and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a risk management role or similar experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen, attention to detail, flexibility, and judgment to evaluate complex issues independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proactive approach and sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with experience presenting to leadership.
• Exceptional client focus with ability to build trust and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration using technical and non-technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-profile, sophisticated fraud investigations with consistent, well-reasoned risk decisions.
• Manage a portfolio of cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate regularly with participants, clients, consultants, and stakeholders with appropriate detail.
• Partner with business partners to lead or support risk governance programs.
• Provide analysis to identify process weaknesses and monitor implementation for regulatory compliance.
