The role involves preparing and filing legal documents, managing discovery, subpoenas, and case management, with close client coordination. The ideal candidate has 10 years of paralegal experience, an associates degree and paralegal certificate, and proficiency with MS Office, Lexis and Westlaw.

Qualifications

• 10 years of paralegal experience preferred.
• Associates degree and paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with fraud and medical treatment records.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all stages of litigation including trials.
• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, discovery, and agreements.
• Coordinate subpoenas and service in state and federal courts.
• Maintain client communications and case management.
• Oversee discovery, subpoenas, depositions, and pleadings filings.
