Rivkin Radler LLP in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a range of matters. The role emphasizes proactive organization, drafting, discovery handling, and court filings in a fast-paced setting.

The candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience, with Florida PIP experience preferred. Proficiency in Lexis/Westlaw, Word, Excel and KOFAX is required. Hybrid schedule with weekday hours.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience; Florida PIP experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Medical chronology and billing/index experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks and large document loads.
• Ability to work with multiple attorneys and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Lexis/Westlaw, Word, Excel and KOFAX Professional.

Responsabilidades

• Draft routine court documents including Notices of Appearance and Motions.
• Prepare document productions and assist with discovery responses.
• Compile and draft legal documents for attorney review.
• Request and work with record vendors for medical/educational records.
• Prepare exhibits and demonstrative evidence.
• Conduct case law research using Lexis/Westlaw and public sources.
• Organize and index records for motion practice.
• Help prepare witnesses for deposition/trial as needed.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege; manage discovery materials.
• Record billable time in accordance with policy.
