Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Fraud Specialist to analyze, investigate, and deter fraudulent activity. The role handles inbound calls from fraud victims and uses multiple tools to assess information and guide toward resolution.

The position supports the Fraud Management organization with policy adherence and process improvements, requiring a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training hours are specified in the posting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of fraud, customer service, or call center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience navigating multiple screens while talking to customers by phone.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify and deter fraudulent activity.
• Investigate and resolve fraud cases across channels.
• Validate customer identity and authenticate information.
• Review documentation to support fraud investigations.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
