Responsibilities

• Utilize fraud detection platforms and analytics to identify and investigate complex activities across digital and physical channels.
• Analyze high-risk alerts and elevate cases involving potential fraud or account takeover.
• Take decisive real-time action to secure compromised accounts and minimize disruption to legitimate activity.
• Lead collaboration with fraud data analysts, engineers, and leadership to strengthen fraud infrastructure.
