AMBA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance Team in Austin, TX. You will deliver FP&A support, KPI modeling, and financial variance analyses to drive strategic decisions affecting customer sales, retention, and cost optimization.

This role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel, Power BI, and strong communication. Hybrid work with Fridays remote, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Statistics; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years of financial planning, reporting, and analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA/Power Query are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and KPI models and monthly reports for senior management.
• Provide FP&A support to Client Management and Marketing for strategic decisions affecting sales, retention, and costs.
• Ensure data integrity and align forecasts with actuals; partner with accounting to support budgets.
• Support ongoing initiatives to automate and streamline reporting processes.
