Job summary

Toll Brothers, the nation's leading luxury homebuilder, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, for its Fort Washington corporate office. You will develop financial models, automate reports, and analyze profitability to support leadership and planning cycles.

The role requires strong Excel and EPM skills, collaboration across teams, and a hands-on approach to improve operations. Hybrid work with in-office days across divisions is offered.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in EPM tools such as Board, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Planning or strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days vary per Division/Department.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports in Board EPM.
• Analyze key company metrics of ROA, Gross Margin, SG&A, and Operating Margin.
• Present variance analysis, forecasting, and financial insights to senior leadership.
• Provide analytical support to the management team to improve operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on data integration workflows between systems and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial planning applications and reporting.
• All other duties as assigned.
