Fortidia in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance for the US Operations. The role focuses on partnering with senior leaders to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

The Senior Manager will own the annual planning process, forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional analysis, reporting to the VP of Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), strategic plan, and rolling forecast for the US business.
• Develop robust financial models to support revenue forecasting and expense management.
• Partner with business leaders to create budgets and forecasts aligned with priorities.
• Drive forecasting accuracy with data-driven insights and metrics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outlooks for executive leadership.
