Job summary

TransUnion's Financial Services FP&A team leads forecasting, planning, reporting, and performance analysis across Consumer Lending, Card & Banking, Mortgage, and Auto. This hybrid role reports to the FP&A Manager and blends virtual work with in-person collaboration.

The role focuses on owning forecasts, supporting month-end close, building financial models and dashboards, and presenting insights to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary FP&A partner supporting Consumer Lending and related segments.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast submissions and align with business leaders.
• Lead month-end close activities and provide variance analysis and insights.
• Develop models, dashboards, and templates for executive reporting and board materials.
• Collaborate across Finance, Strategy, Sales, Accounting and Leadership to drive performance.
