Job summary
Fortidia in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management for US Operations. You will partner with executives to drive growth, optimize costs, and improve forecasting accuracy through robust financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration.
The role reports to the VP of Finance, Head of North America Finance, and offers a comprehensive benefits package, with a salary range of $115k–$135k plus bonus.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrix organization.
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual operating plan, strategic plan, and rolling forecast for the US business.
- Develop robust financial models to support revenue forecasting and headcount planning.
- Partner with leaders to create detailed budgets and forecasts aligned with priorities.
- Improve forecasting accuracy with data-driven insights and metrics.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outlooks for executives.
