Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• Advanced degree or CPA/CFA (or working toward) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual long-range plan and forecasting for HR and Risk.
• Own month-end close reporting packages and executive summaries.
• Analyze actual results vs forecast, budget and prior year performance.
• Partner with leaders to understand assumptions and incorporate impacts into forecasts.
