Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning financial performance narratives and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen with ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
• Proven ability to challenge assumptions and protect credibility of outputs.
• Experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Comfortable exploring AI-enabled capabilities in FP&A, including automation and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for US Investment Management.
• Lead budget, forecast, and long-range planning with business leaders, ensuring assumptions are understood and challenged.
• Act as the primary finance partner for US Investment Management leaders, guiding tradeoffs and financial implications.
• Own monthly and quarterly performance reviews with credible variance explanations.
• Validate assumptions and push back on weak explanations before outputs reach leadership.
• Ensure consistent variance taxonomy and high analytical standards across deliverables.
• Develop understanding of Investment Management operations, revenue models, and cost drivers.
• Translate results into clear narratives for leadership decisions.
• Partner with global FP&A colleagues to raise analysis standards.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation while maintaining controls.
