Maker's Pride is seeking a Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support the corporate finance function through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic projects.

This role offers high visibility to finance leadership and cross‑functional teams, helping translate data into actionable insights. The position is hybrid from our Downers Grove, IL office, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8–5 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward advanced certification preferred but not required.
• 3-5+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience; manufacturing/industrial sector preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning with modeling updates and variance analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reporting packages for leadership and Board presentations.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, liquidity, and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support monthly/ quarterly close activities with reporting, reconciliation, and variance bridges.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Drive reporting automation, data quality, and dashboard enhancements.
