Job summary

Fortidia is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for our US Business Operations in Lakewood. This strategic partner will drive insights to support profitable growth and operational excellence, reporting to the VP of Finance, Head of North America Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA, CPA, CFA preferred.
8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
Experience supporting commercial, operational, or business unit leaders in a complex organization.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), strategic plan, and rolling forecast processes for the US business.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support revenue forecasting and expense management.
Partner with business leaders to create detailed budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic priorities.
Drive forecasting accuracy through data-driven insights and metrics.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial outlooks and present results to executives.
