Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Manage cash flow planning and financial risk management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Lead and supervise finance and accounting teams.
• Partner with business units to support financial decision‑making and strategy.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.
