Sysco is seeking a hybrid FP&A professional to support profitability and efficiency through advanced reporting and analytics. You will partner with Operations leadership to implement FP&A best practices and deliver actionable insights to executives.

The role requires 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience, strong Excel/VBA skills, and data visualization with Tableau. The workload blends on-site collaboration with remote work as needed to drive business results.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent with 5+ years experience in finance or FP&A.
• 5+ years corporate experience in reporting, FP&A, analytics, and modeling.
• Strong commercial focus and cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsabilités

• Create reporting suites and KPIs to explain performance and drive P&L management.
• Provide insights on monthly and quarterly results versus plan.
• Support AOP for the US Foodservice organization and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Identify margin, cost and efficiency opportunities; perform ad-hoc analytics.
• Develop Excel reports using VBA with multi-dimensional views.
• Present financial/operational insights to executives for timely decisions.
• Make strategic recommendations using data analytics and predictive modeling.
