Job summary

Sysco is seeking a finance-focused professional to support FP&A strategies, deliver profitability improvements, and partner with Operations leadership. The role emphasizes reporting, forecasting, and P&L insights across the US Foodservice organization.

Requirements include a BA-equivalent with 5+ years in corporate finance, strong business partnering, and experience with Excel/VBA and Tableau. This hybrid on-site position requires 3–4 days per week in the office and some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years) required.
• Minimum at least 5 years of work experience in a corporate setting focused on reporting, FP&A, analytics and financial modeling.
• Strong commercial focus with cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Create reporting suites for Finance and Business teams and develop KPIs to explain performance.
• Provide insights on monthly/quarterly results versus plan/forecast.
• Support US Foodservice AOP and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Identify margin, cost and efficiency opportunities.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and financial modeling.
• Support business transformation metrics and tie to P&L results.
• Develop Excel-based reporting with VBA and multi-dimensional flexibility.
• Draw insights from data analytics for executive decision-making.
• Make strategic recommendations using data analytics and predictive modeling.
