Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Manager of Financial Planning & Reporting in Flower Mound, TX. This hybrid role partners with divisions to ensure robust planning and reporting using the Business Planning & Consolidation platform, driving standardization and efficient processes.

The candidate will document procedures for standardized FP&A activities and collaborate across matrixed teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

Strong analytical and numeric acumen with data modeling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Lead COE reporting team planning and reporting for commercial divisions.
Collaborate with divisional finance teams on month-end reporting and projections.
Continuously improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Interpret and analyze data for clear, actionable decision making.
Establish and document standardized FP&A processes and governance.
Meet or exceed commitments in accordance with SLAs and data integrity.
Reconcile financial information across multiple reporting systems.
Drive hands-on documentation and procedure development.
